PGE's Electric Avenue is the largest lineup of electric quickcharging stations in downtown, conveniently located across the street from the World Trade Center on SW Salmon Street between First and Second avenues. Electric Avenue features six charging stations, including four Universal quick chargers that can recharge a typical EV in 30 minutes.

The City of Portland charges $1.60 per hour for parking; there is currently no additional fee for the use of the charging station. There are several Blink level 2 charging stations in the 2WTC garage on the P1 level. You'll see them straight ahead as you enter the garage, driving down the ramp. For more information about obtaining a Blink card, and rates, visit https://www.blinknetwork.com

The four Electric Avenue Universal chargers include both SAE Combo and CHAdeMO connectors at a 50 kilowatt rate. CHAdeMO chargers are also available in the 2WTC garage. The two HighPower Level 2 chargers on Electric Avenue are SAE J1772 connectors at a 19 kilowatt charging rate.
