Every September, the cleantech community gathers for Oregon BEST FEST, the Pacific Northwest’s premier cleantech innovation conference. This two-day, hands-on gathering harnesses Oregon’s spirit of innovation in sustainability to improve the world’s ability to live, work, and build in healthier and more sustainable ways.
The BEST Minds are at Work in Oregon Universities
More than 250 Oregon BEST Member Faculty are working to find solutions to the world’s most pressing problems. By collaborating with students and Oregon businesses, they have attracted more than $135 million in research funding for clean technologies in areas ranging from energy to shelter to agriculture.

Our nine Oregon BEST Labs are creating the products of the future. These multi-million dollar, university-based labs and test facilities offer our partners access to the research tools, faculty expertise, and future employees they need to create innovative cleantech products.
